David R. Canield

Mishawaka - David R. Canfield, aged 75, of 330 South Cleveland Street, died suddenly at 8:15 a.m. today in his home after a heart attack.

Mr. Canfield was born Fed. 19, 1871 in Ontario, Canada. He moved to Mishawaka a year ago from League City, Texas.

He married Catherine Raab Turner, Dec. 26, 1936 in Dixon, Texas.

Surviving are his widow; three sons, Floyd Canfield, Houston, Texas, Homer Canfield of Washington ans Eugene Canfield of Arkansas; one brother. Arthur Canfield of Houston, and Miss Madge Canfield of Boston, Mass.

Friends may call at the Thallemer Funeral Home Wednesday.

Funeral services for David R. Canfield, aged 75, of 330 South Cleveland Street, who died early Tuesday, will be held at 9 a.m. Friday in St. Joseph Catholic Church. Rev. Curt Suelzer will officiate and burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery.

Mr. Canfield was a member of the Brotherhood of Trainmen and the Fraternal Order of Eagles, aire No. 48, Galveston, Texas.
