SOUTH BEND - Charilyn Joelle Campbell and Christian Gage Campbell, twin children of Theresa L. Campbell of 55960 Quince Road, died shortly after birth in Memorial Hospital. They were born May 4, 1995. Surviving with their mother are maternal grandparents, Charilyn R. and Richard E. Campbell of South Bend and maternal great-grandparents, Irene D. and Rev. Daniel L. Young of South Bend.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Hollis-Orvis-Palmer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
