Chancellor K. Byers

April 24, 1911 – May 15, 1988

Graveside memorial services for Chancellor K. Byers, 77, of Columbus OH, formerly of South Bend, who died Sunday in Americare Nursing Center, Columbus, will be at 1pm Saturday at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola.  Cremation has taken place.  O.R. Woodyard Co., Columbus, is handling arrangements.

My Byers was a retired salesman.  He was born April 24, 1911, in Indianapolis and lived in Columbus for one year, coming from Osceola.  His wife, the former Viola Edith Bybee, preceded him in death.  He is survived by two daughters, Marlene Matthews of Emmett ID, and Jeanne Breden of Columbus; eight grandchildren; and three great grandchildren
