Dorothy L. Buzalski, 83, of North 29th Street, South Bend, Ind., passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday, Feb. 21, in her home. She was born on Sept. 6, 1921, in Michigan City, Ind., to William and Bertha (Newman) Pries.

She married on Nov. 18, 1939, in Michigan City, to Benjamin S. Buzalski, who survives. Also surviving is a son, James J. (Marcia L.) Buzalski of Vandalia, Mich.; three grandsons, Thomas J. (Diana) Buzalski of Vandalia, Michael A. (Cyndi) Buzalski of Edwardsburg, Mich., and Daniel M. Buzalski, also of Vandalia; four great-grandchildren, Kimberly, Benjamin, Kristi and Adam James "AJ"; and two sisters, Anita Menke of Dayton, Texas, and Margaret Fisch of Michigan City.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 24, in Little Flower Catholic Church. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today, Feb. 23, in the McGann Funeral Home, University Area Chapel, 2313 E. Edison Road, South Bend, and also one hour prior to the service on Thursday in Little Flower Catholic Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the donor's choice.
