MISHAWAKA - Anna E. Burnett, 74, of 57400 Elm Road, died at 12:45 a.m. Saturday in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, after an illness. Mrs. Burnett retired in 1973 from Host International. She was born Oct. 4, 1921, in Plymouth and was a lifelong area resident.

On Feb. 5, 1977, in Mishawaka, as Anna E. Wilson-Stafford, she married William E. Burnett. He survives with a daughter, Diane Nevorski of Novi, Mich.; a son, Douglas Wimberly of Mishawaka; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Monday ladies bowling league at Parkway Lanes.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday in the funeral home.
