Mrs. Annabelle Bunyon, 67, dear
mother and grandmother who resided on Western Avenue, South Bend,
Ind., passed away following an illness on Monday, Nov. 6, in
Memorial Hospital. She was born on May 4, 1933, in North
Carolina, to the union of the late John and Willie Belle (Butler)
Bunyon. She was also preceded in death by a brother. Coming from
Myrtle Beach, S.C., she moved to South Bend 10 years ago. She was
employed as a technician by Cannon Industries for over 18 years.
She was a member of Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church where
she served as a choir member and a foster grandparent. Loving
family members who survive include a daughter, Carolyn (Furman) Daniels
of Clarksville, Tenn.; a son, Donald (Ruby) Bunyon of Tucson,
Ariz.; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild; her
stepmother, Georgia Bunyon of South Bend; along with other
relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on
Saturday, Nov. 11, in Sweet Home Missionary Baptist Church, where
friends may call one hour before the services. Interment will
follow at Highland Cemetery. Alford's Mortuary has been entrusted
with arrangements.
