SOUTH BEND - Sarah E. "Lib" Bumgarner, 84, passed away Friday at Memorial Hospital of South Bend. Surviving are her daughters, Anne Lanford and Nancy (Richard) Measell; and a sister-in-law, Edna Taylor. Visitation will be held at the Thomas McAfee Funeral Home on Main Street, in Greenville, South Carolina, from 10:30-11:30, with burial services following at noon in Woodlawn Cemetery, Wednesday, March 24, 2010.
