Theodore Brzezniak, 70, of 1709 W. Dunham, died Thursday in St. Joseph's Hospital after suffering an apparent heart attack. He was a retired Oliver Corp. employee. Born July 8, 1904 in South Bend, he had lived here his lifetime.

Surviving are a brother, Henry of South Bend, and two sisters, Mrs. Sophie Bartkowiak of South Bend and Sister Ta Lestia, Sisters of the Nazareth, Des Plaines, Ill.

Services will be at 9 a.m. Saturday in St. Casimir's Catholic Church. Rev. George H. Szymanowski, C.S.C., pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today in the St. Joseph Funeral Home, where a parish vigil service will be held at 7:30 p.m. today.
