SOUTH BEND - Ingrid H. Bryan, 80, passed away at home on Tuesday, March 18. Ingrid was born on May 12, 1927 in Bischofsberg Germany as the daughter of Paul and Hedy Buchholz who preceded her in death.

As Ingrid Buchholz she married Norman E. Bryan in Heidelberg Germany in 1954. He preceded her in death in February 1980. Surviving is a daughter Virdeen I (Edwin) Near of Osceola; two granddaughters, Crystal Poppe and Jessica Speelman and three great granddaughters, Alexandrea and Abigail Poppe and Alexa Davis. Also surviving is her companion of 25 years Bud Hansen of South Bend and Bradenton, Florida. Ingrid worked at Spiegel for 12 years and eight years as a Credit Manager at Fox Jewelers. She was also a Red Cross volunteer at Memorial Hospital and a member of Faith United Methodist Church, South Bend.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 22 in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka with Rev. Keith McFarren officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service in the funeral home. Memorial contributions can be made to Faith United Methodist Church, 802 E. Ewing, South Bend, IN 46613
