Vincent Bruggner

Vincent Bruggner, 78, who came to Mishawaka from his birthplace in Baden, Germany, when he was 16 years old, died early today in the home of his daughter, Mrs. Donald McIntyre 3022 Sunnymede Ave., South Bend.

Bruggner was a retired Ball Band Plant employee with 30 years of service.  He had lived in the home of his daughter for the last several years.  His wife, the former Mary Saller, died March 27, 1948.

The daughter and one grandson, Dennis McIntyre, survive.  He was a member of the Holy Name Society of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

Friends may call in the Thallemer Funeral Home after 7 p.m. Monday.  The funeral will be in the St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mishawaka, at 9 a.m. Wednesday, with the Rev. Curt Suelzer officiating.  Burial will be in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.  Recitation of the rosary will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.
