 Mrs. Susie W. Brown, aged 69, of Lydick, this county, died at 2:50 o’clock Tuesday in her residence after six months’ illness. She was born in Warren township, this county, Jan. 4, 1866, and spent all her life in that community. She leaves three daughters, Miss Clara Brown and Mrs. Wayne Swigart, at home, and Mrs. Lloyd Ransom, of Lydick; three grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. W.J. Scott, of South Bend; and two brothers, J.C. Wells, of South Bend and J.J. Wells, of Boone, Ia. The funeral will take place in the residence at 3 o’clock Thursday afternoon. Rev. R.G. Faust, pastor of the
 Lydick Evangelical church, will officiate and burial will be in Mt. Pleasant cemetery.

 The funeral of Mrs. Susie W. Brown, of Lydick, this county, took place at 3 o’clock this afternoon from the residence. Rev. R.G. Faust, pastor of the Lydick Evangelical church, was in charge of the service and burial was in Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
