Mrs. Rhoda Brown
Mrs. Rhoda Brown, aged 93, of rural route No.2, Western avenue, died in her residence at 4:30 pm Wednesday after an illness of six months. She was born in St. Joseph county, Indiana, Jan.19,1852, and spent her entire life here. She is survived be several nieces and nephews. Friends may call in the Orvis funeral home until 1pm Saturday when the body will be taken to the Munson chapel, of which she was a member, to lie in state until the hour of the funeral, 2pm. Rev. Roy Michael, pastor of the Epworth Memorial Methodist church, will officiate. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
