Rezeau Brown, 72 years old, died Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock at his home, five miles southwest of the city on the Crumstown road. He had been ill for six weeks with apoplexy. He was born in Portage township Nov. 9, 1848 and had lived in that community all his life. Surviving are hie wife, Martha E.; four children, Ira D., Clement F., Mrs. Mangus and Mrs. Dayton Arnold; two sisters, Mrs. Richard Carlton and Mrs. Rhoda Collins, and two brothers, Wilbur and David. The funeral will be held Monday morning at 10:30 o'clock at the Oak Grove German Brethren church on the Division road. Rev. C.N. Yoder, officiating. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant cemetery.
