MRS. SIMON BROWN

Mrs. Simon Brown, 77, of Fonda Lae, Wis., mother of Mrs. Edward A. HARDY, a former South Bend resident, died Thursday in Wauwatosa, Wis. She was a native of Muncie, Ind., and a frequent visitor here while her daughter, a past president of Presbyterian Players; and her family made their home in South Bend. Mrs. BROWN was a past noble grand of Crystal Rebekah Lodge which will conduct memorial services at 8 p.m. Sunday. She is survived by her husband, her daughter a son, Homer, of Milwaukee, Wis. and four grandchildren. Funeral services will take place at 2 p.m. Sunday in the Schmidt, Bartle & Gerber Funeral Home, 10121 W. North St., Wausatosa. Burial will take place Monday in Muncie.
