Mrs. Martha E. Brown
Mrs. Martha E. Brown, age 67, Portage township, wife of the late Razeau Brown, died this morning at 6:30 o'clock after a four weeks illness. She was born in Henry county, Indiana, Oct. 16, 1854, and had lived in this vicinity 47 years. Surviving are four children, Ira D., Clem and Mrs. Dayton Arnold, at home, and Mrs. Frank Mangus, of this city: three brothers, William, Oliver and Samuel Brown, all of this city, and one sister; Mrs Jane Carpenter, of Walkerton.

The funeral of Mrs. Martha E. Brown, Portage township, will will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the residence. Rev. Charles M. Yonder officiating. Burial will be in Mount Pleasant cemetery.
