OSCEOLA - Brian Scott Brown, 50, passed away on July 3rd in Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his father, George H. (Doris) Brown; sister, Barbara (Richard) Zimmerman; and brother, Bruce (Julie) Brown. Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 7th, in the Welsheimer Family Funeral Home at 17033 Cleveland Road. Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. until the time of services.
