MISHAWAKA - Maurice W. Brock, 74, of Bremen Healthcare Center, formerly of Mishawaka and Lake of the Woods, died at 7:21 a.m. Wednesday in the nursing home. Mr. Brock retired from Place & Co., South Bend, as a carpenter. He was born Jan. 30, 1919, in Monroe County, Ind.

He is survived by three sisters, Cora Papczynski of Lakeville, Edith Wilson of Bremen, and Lula Smith of South Bend; and three brothers, John of Hesperia, Mich., and Raymond and N. LeRoy, both of Tucson, Ariz. He was a veteran of World War II.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Mishler Funeral Home, Bremen. Burial will be in Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend. Friends may call one hour before services in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church, Bremen.
