William F. Brennan, 89, of 318 S. Tuxedo, died at 9 a.m. today at St. Joseph Medical Center after a brief illness. He was the retired owner of the Brennan Jewelers. He was born April 4, 1892 in South Bend and lived here all his life. On Sept. 28, 1914 in South Bend he married Rhoda Willams. She survives with three sons, Bernard F., Robert E. and James W. all of South Bend; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a sister Loretta Brennan of Mishawaka; and a brother Matthew of Columbus, Ohio.

He was a member of St. Anthony de Pauda Catholic Church. The Hickey Funeral Home is making arrangements.

Brennan – The name of Anna Gray, a sister to William F. Brennan, 89, of 318 S. Tuxedo Drive, who died Saturday, was not mentioned in the death notice Saturday. He is also survived by eight, not three grandchildren.

Services for William F. Brennan, 89 of 318 S. Tuxedo, who died Saturday in St. Joseph Medical Center were held today at St. Anthony de Pauda Catholic Church. Burial was in St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park. The Hickey Funeral Home handled arrangements.
