Helen Fae Brady

Helen Fae Brady, 87, formerly of Victoria Street, passed away after an illness at 6:45 a.m. Monday, March 14, in the Holy Cross Health and Rehabilitation Center. Helen was born on June 21, 1917, in Mishawaka. She was employed as a secretary for Albright United Methodist Church and attended First Christian Church. As Helen Westfall, she married Paul C. Brady in Mishawaka on May 6, 1939. He passed away in 1987.

She is survived by a daughter, Jolayne F. (Robert) Chidister of Osceola; and by two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, and by three sisters and a brother.

Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, with visitation one hour prior to services in the Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka. Burial will be at St. Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the First Christian Church or to Hospice of St. Joseph County.
