GRANGER - Bonita J. ''Bonnie'' Bowman, 39, of 66147 Union Road, Cassopolis, formerly of Granger, died about 4:30 p.m. Monday after an automobile accident on U.S. 63 near Edgar Springs, Mo. Mrs. Bowman was a licensed self-employed farrier. She was born Feb. 1, 1956, in Hamilton, Ohio.
On Oct. 22, 1994, in Cassopolis, as Bonita J. Lerner, she married Terry L. Bowman. He survives with two daughters, Jennifer Lerner and Jessica Lerner, both at home; her parents, Darrell and Marilyn (Tolley) Campbell of Granger; a sister, Wanda Hansen of Elkhart; and two brothers, Ted Campbell and Allan Campbell, both of Granger. She was a member of Harris Prairie Church of Christ in Granger and a member of the Sheriff's Posse in Cassopolis.
Cremation will take place. Hollis-Orvis-Palmer Funeral Home, South Bend, is in charge of arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Love Way, 54151 County Road 33, Middlebury, IN 46540.
