Cathleen L. Borsch (Sept. 14, 1991 - March 7, 1997)

Cathleen L. Borsch, 5, of 61796 Mayflower Road, passed away at 9:10 p.m. on Friday, March 7, in Memorial Hospital. Cathleen was born on Sept. 14, 1991, in South Bend, Ind.

She is survived at home by two sisters, Marissa Goepfrich and Kris Milliken; and by a brother, Bryan Milliken. Cathleen was under the guardianship of her maternal grandparents, Herbert and Sheila Jahnke, who survive with a maternal grandfather, Frank Goepfrich of Indianapolis, Ind. Also surviving are a maternal great-grandmother, Dorothy Spychalski of South Bend; and paternal grandparents, Emil and Barbara Borsch of Lakeland, Fla.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 11, at St. Matthew's Cathedral.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Hanley & Sons Funeral Home, ''Southwest Chapel,'' located at West Ireland Road and State Road 23, South Bend. Burial will take place at Southlawn Cemetery.
