Daniel Borlik

February 22, 1914 – May 14, 1985

Daniel Borlik, 71, of 3020 N. Maple Hill Court, died at 12:05am today in St Joseph’s Medical Center.  He retired in 1976 from White Farm Equipment Co, where he was employed for 40 years.

Born February 22, 1914, in South Bend, he lived here all of his life.  On August 12, 1939, in South Bend, he married Marguerite Katona, who survives.  Also surviving are two sisters, Mary Jane Mackowiak of South Bend and Margaret Kwest of Kettering OH; and two brothers, Jerome Borlik of South Bend and Brother Vianney Borlik, FSC of Napa CA.

Private services will be at 10am Friday in Corpus Christi Catholic Church and burial will follow in St Joseph Valley Memorial Park, Granger. 

Friends may call from 6 to 9pm Thursday in the Kaniewski & Sons Funeral Home, where a parish rosary will be recited at 8pm Thursday
