Sidney Elizabeth Boocher of Roosevelt Road, South Bend, Ind., was dead at birth on Friday, April 10, in St. Joseph's Medical Center.
Baby Sidney is survived by her parents, Lisa A. Feirick and Wayne A. Boocher; two sisters, Rachel L. Boocher and Jennifer L. Feirick at home; a brother, Patrick J. Boocher at home; maternal grandparents, Larry and Susan Feirick of South Bend; great-maternal grandparents, Max and Ruth Feirick of South Bend; and by paternal grandparents, Elmer and Marge Boocher of South Bend.
There will be no visitation. Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. on Tuesday in St. Joseph Cemetery.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Ronald McDonald House or to Indiana University Medical Center, Indianapolis, Ind.
The Hanley & Sons ''Southwest Chapel'' Funeral Home located at West Ireland Road and Indiana 23, handled arrangements and extend heartfelt sympathy to Lisa and Wayne and family.
