MISHAWAKA - Lawrence C. Boehnlein, 84, of Phoenix, formerly of Mishawaka, died Tuesday in Phoenix. Mr. Boehnlein retired in 1974 from Goodyear Aerospace as a machinist after 24 years of service. He was born March 10, 1911, in Mishawaka. On May 5, 1934, in Mishawaka, he married Ruth Conrad. She survives with a daughter, Darcia Bernard of Dragoon, Ariz.; a son, Conrad of Torrance, Calif.; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; seven sisters; and four brothers.
Services were conducted Friday in Chapel of the Chimes, Glendale, Ariz. Burial was in Resthaven Park Cemetery, Glendale. Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary handled arrangements.
