2, 1949 - April 13, 2010SOUTH BEND - Former resident of South Bend, Saundra "Sande" Anderson (James) Blubaugh, 61, died April 13, 2010, in their home in Daphne, Alabama. Saundra was born March 2, 1949, in South Bend, to Donna (Personnett) of South Bend and the late Lester Anderson of Pensacola, FL. She was a graduate of Holy Family Academy and a member of Zion United Church of Christ, and had been a volunteer of CASA. She is survived by her mother, Donna (Persontte) Anderson of South Bend. Sande has a son, J.B. (Sheri) Blubaugh; three grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Alex of Daphne, AL, and Amber Blubaugh of Cantoment, Florida. Sande has two sisters, Leslye (Robert) Runkle of Edwardsburg, MI, and Elizabeth (Randy) McKinley of South Bend; and nephews, Arie and Wyatt McKinley of South Bend, and Patrick Sechrist of Indianapolis.
