Mrs. Cleo (LaVon) Blasko, 68, of 3409 Pleasant, died at 11:45 p.m. Friday in her home after a three-month illness.

She was born July 18, 1910 in Mishawaka. As LaVon West she was married on Aug. 13, 1938, in Mishawaka to Charles Blasko, who died in 1969.

Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Frances L. Taylor of Granger, Mrs. Sandra K. Roth and Mrs. Carol Campbell both of Mishawaka, Miss Karen L. Blasko of South Bend; 19 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, and a sister Mrs. Thelma Rettschlag of Mishawaka.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the Hollis-Palmer Funeral Home, with Rev. Max B. Hayden, pastor of St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, officiating.

Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery, Mishawaka.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Funeral Home.
