Kevin was born on February 12, 1952, in Dowagiac, MI, to the union of Clarence and Mary Blakley (Hibler), who preceded him in death. He is survived by his wife, Sheila A. Blakley; brother, Clarence (Rose) Blakley; five children: sons, Kevin and (Kelsey) Blakley, Miles Blakley, Stuart and (Katie) Blakley, daughters, Tanya Blakley-Ndiaye, Shekeva and (Taveres) Adams; 16 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Services will be held on Saturday, August 21, 2010, in the Clark-O'Neal Funeral Home, 2702 Lincoln Way West, South Bend, IN 46628; visitation will start at 11:00 a.m. and services will begin at noon, with burial to follow at Prospect Hill Cemetery in Cassopolis, MI.
