Mishawaka – George W. Blair Jr. 80, of Tulsa, Okla., formerly of Mishawaka, died in his home Feb. 11.

Survivors include his wife Betty (Sage); a son, George W. III of Noel, Mo.; and a sister, Elizabeth Bucklen of Elkhart. Services were held on Feb. 14 in St. John's Episcopal Church, Tulsa.

Stanley's Funeral Services, Tulsa, handled the arrangements.
