Frederick E. Blair, son of Mrs. George W. Blair, 345 Edgewater Dr., died Saturday in Frankfort, Ky.

Private graveside services were to be held at 3 p.m. today in City Cemetery with John S. Johnson, former First Reader for the First Church of Christ scientist, officiating. Funeral arrangements were by the Bubb Chapel.
