Michael David Bickel
Funeral services for Michael David Bickel,
20 month-old son of Mr. and Mrs. David P. Bickel, of
Jacksonville, Fla., former residents of this city, took place at
3 p.m. today in the Bubb Chapel. Rev. Robert J. Yunker,
pastor of the First Methodist Church, officiated and burial was
in Fairview Cemetery. The child died Tuesday in the
Jacksonville Naval Hospital after and illness of 10 days. He
was born in South Bend. Surviving other than his parents
are his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bickel, of Mishawaka
and Mrs. Belle Reynolds, of South Bend, and a brother,
Charles Lee Bickel, at home. The child’s father is
serving with the Navy.
