Cassidy Celina Bice passed away at birth on Friday, Nov. 3, in Memorial Hospital, South Bend, Ind.

Baby Cassidy is survived by her loving parents, Tina M. Michels and John E. Bice; three sisters, Brookeann Michels, Amber Bice and Jennifer Bice, all at home; maternal grandparents, Nancy Eddy of Elkhart, Ind., and Floyd and Carol Eddy of South Bend; paternal grandparents, Margaret Bice of Mishawaka, Ind., and Jerry and Carla Bice of Mishawaka; maternal great-grandparents, Virginia Eddy of South Bend and Lawrence and Mary Eddy of Mishawaka; and by paternal greatgrandmother, Evelyn Raucher of Mishawaka.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7, at Southlawn Cemetery. There will be no visitation hours for Baby Cassidy. Pastor Sam Oliver will officiate at the graveside service.

The family requests that all memorial contributions be made to the Ronald McDonald House, 435 N. Limestone Street, IU Medical Center, Indianapolis, IN 46202. The HANLEY & Sons "Southwest Chapel" Funeral Home, located at West Ireland Road, Indiana 23, handled arrangements and services and extend heartfelt sympathy to the family.
