Daniel A. Beyer

January 6, 1866 – May 26, 1950

Daniel A. Beyer, aged 84, of 1025 East Miner Street, died at 6am today in his residence after an illness of six months.

He was born in Posen, Germany, January 6, 1866, and came here 60 years ago.  His wife, Lillie, died eight years ago.

Surviving are six children, Mrs. Frieda Hubler, Mrs. Martha Fricke, Mrs. Jean Brooks and Charles, all of South Bend; Oscar and Arthur, both of Mishawaka; 12 grandchildren, three great grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Minnie Kurzhal, of South Bend.

Friends may call in the residence after 7pm today until noon Monday when the body will be taken to St. Peter’s Evangelical and Reformed Church to be from 1pm until service at 2pm.  Rev. Paul A Rasche, pastor, will officiate.  Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
