Todd C. Betz

October 7, 1970 – December 28, 2001

 Todd C. Betz, 31, of Vine Street, South Bend, passed away at 1:45 p.m. Friday, December 28th in his residence after suffering an apparent heart attack.

Mr. Betz was born on October 7, 1970 in South Bend and was a lifetime resident of the michiana area. On September 5, 1992 in South Bend he married the former Denise I. Paidle who survives with three sons. David E. Kruk, Curtis A. Betz, and William R. Betz all at home. Also surviving are his parents; Lawrence (Larry) A. and Sharon L. (Lowry) Betz, South Bend.

At the time of Todd's death, he was employed at Kokoku Wire Manufacturing in South Bend as a forklift Operator.

Todd loved his family and often spoke with the deepest of love for his wife and three little boys. He also loved old Studebaker cars and was a member of the Studebaker Drivers Club.

Todd will not only be missed by his entire family, he will be missed by numerous friends and co-workers.

Visitation hours will be from 4 - 8 p.m. Wednesday, January 2nd 2002 in the Hanley & Sons "Southwest Chapel" Funeral Home located at West Ireland Road/Indiana 23 South Bend.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday January 3rd in the funeral home with Rev. Kevin Buckley of Lydick United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Sumption Prairie Cemetery, South Bend.

The family request that all memorial contributions be made to the Diabetes Association.

The HANLEY & Sons Funeral Home handled arrangements and service and extend deepest sympathy and heartfelt prayers to the Betz family.
