SOUTH BEND - Christopher Allen Berreth, 37, of Lincoln Way East, died Sunday evening in his home. Dr. Michael O'Connell, deputy coroner, ruled the death natural causes. Mr. Berreth was employed by Fibertech, Mishawaka. He was born Jan. 4, 1958, in South Bend.

He is survived by his mother, Phyllis Berreth of Mishawaka; his father and stepmother, Aniela and Lawrence Berreth of Mishawaka; two sisters, Tina Kraakman of Granger and Anita Shultz of South Bend; a stepsister, Melissa Petros of Chicago; and two stepbrothers, Brendan Murphy of Cincinnati and Kieran Murphy of Mishawaka. He was a veteran of the Navy and a graduate of Adams High School.

Services will be at 3:30 p.m. Thursday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Mishawaka. Friends may call after 2 p.m. until services on Thursday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Boy Scouts of America.
