Malinda M. Bellavich
July 6, 1916 - April 19, 2001
Malinda M. Bellavich, 84, of East 4th St., Mishawaka, Ind., passed away at 12 a.m. Thursday in her residence, after an illness.
Malinda was born in Mishawaka on July 6, 1916, and was a lifelong area resident.
On July 26, 1941, in Mishawaka, Malinda M. Smith married Paul P. Bellavich, he passed away July 10, 1979. Malinda was a homemaker, and attended Lighthouse Baptist Church in South Bend.
Surviving are two daughters, Vicki Boyd of Bonita Springs, Fla., and Karen (Ray) Bowen of Mishawaka; six grandchildren, Jessie White, Curtis (Kimmberly) White, Quentin (Melissa) White, Sam Flynn, Brenda (Robert) Densmore, Jennifer Bowen; five great grandchildren; a sister, Geraldine Dipert of Osceola, Ind.
Malinda was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, two brothers, and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the Lighthouse Baptist Church, 3050 Edison Road, South Bend, with Rev. Rick Scarberry and Rev. Tom Miley, officiating. Friends may cal from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, in the Bubb Funeral Chapel North, 3910 N. Main Street, Mishawaka. Burial will be at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Memorials may be made to the Lighthouse Baptist Church.
