NORTH LIBERTY - Services for Ward E. Baughman, 63, of Healthwin Hospital, South Bend, formerly of North Liberty, who died at 6:10 p.m. Thursday in the hospital after an illness, will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in Chapel Hill Funeral Home, Osceola. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home.

Mr. Baughman retired from Drewrys Ltd. as a maintenance worker. He was born Jan. 26, 1933, in Frankfort, Ind.

On Feb. 6, 1960, in South Bend, he married Mary L. Bean. She survives with three sons, Michael E. of Southaven, Miss., Richard B. of Jackson, Tenn., and Ward E. Jr. of South Bend; six grandchildren; a sister, Barbara J. Martin of LaPorte; and a brother, Charles F. of North Liberty. A son, Jerry D. preceded him in death.
