SOUTH BEND - Margaret Olive Baughman, 74, of Pittsburg, Calif., formerly of South Bend, died Jan. 17 in Antioch (Calif.) Hospital. Mrs. Baughman was born Oct. 12, 1919, in St. Cloud, Minn., and lived in South Bend from 1945 to 1963.

On May 24, 1945, in St. Cloud, she married Carrol ''Carl'' Baughman. He survives with two daughters, Ellen Baughman of San Francisco and Margrite Baughman of Walnut Creek, Calif.; two sons, Roy D. of Concord, Calif., and Earl of Rio Vista, Calif.; and four grandchildren.

Memorial services were conducted in Antioch Church of the Nazarene. Cremation has taken place. Wilson & Kratzer Funeral Home, Antioch, handled arrangements.
