Mrs. E. F. Bassett
  Mrs. William C. Butters, 1160 East Calvert Street, received word today of the sudden death of her mother, Mrs. E. A. Bassett, of Jackson Mich., in a Muskegon, Mich,  hospital early this morning. Mrs. Bassett, suffered a stroke of apoplexy late Sunday night while visiting friends near Muskegon. In additions to Mrs. Butters she is survived by her husband and a son. W. G. Bassett, of Jackson, Mich. The body is being removed to Jackson where funeral services will be held; date and hour to be announced later.
