NORTH LIBERTY -- Patricia Basham, 69, of Riley Road, died Thursday in her home of natural causes.

Survivors include a daughter, Teresa Mattke of Plymouth; two sons, Robert M. II of Elkhart and Charles A. of South Bend; and two brothers, Bill and John Woodruff, both of Mishawaka.

Services will be at 7 p.m. Monday in Bubb Funeral Chapel, Mishawaka, were friends may call from 3 p.m. until time of services.
