WALKERTON - Juanita Barron, 84, a Chicago resident, formerly of Walkerton, Indiana, passed away Sunday, February 21st, 2010, at 11:00 p.m. in Niles, IL. Jaunita was born on October 24th, 1925, in Bastrop, Texas, to Amador and Filomena (Remirez) Candelario. On August 25th, 1941, in Edinburg, Texas, she married Alfredo Barron, who preceded her in death on April 23rd, 1984. Mrs. Barron was also preceded in death by a daughter, Paula Arce. She is survived by two sons, Jose Barron of Miami, Florida, and Jacob Barron of Chicago, Illinois; one daughter, Carmen Barron of Chicago, Illinois; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 26th, 2010, from 12 to 2 p.m. (EST) in the Nusbaum-Elkin Funeral Home, 408 Roosevelt Road ( US Hwy 6) Walkerton, Indiana, with funeral to follow at 2 p.m. from the funeral home. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Walkerton.
