SOUTH BEND - Elizabeth C. Barrett, 77, of Mesa, Ariz., formerly of South Bend, died Thursday in Chandler (Ariz.) Healthcare Center. Mrs. Barrett retired from Pence-Dickens-Heeter Office Supply. She was born Dec. 4, 1916, in South Bend and lived in South Bend until moving to Arizona two years ago.

She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Lundy of Osceola and Pamela Barrett of Chandler; five sons, Frank of Buchanan, Michael of South Bend, Robert of Chandler, John of Scottsdale, Ariz., and James of Cape Cod, Mass.; 11 grandchildren; and a sister, Emma Anderson of St. Joseph. She was a member of St. Joseph County Republican Club and Christ Child Society.
