Philip Barbaro, 82, of Eagle Rock,
Calif. formerly of Mishawaka, died Thursday afternoon at his home
after an illness. He was born on June 16, 1908 in Plati, Italy.
His wife, the former Margaret Trimboli, who he married June 25,
1939 in South Bend, survives with three daughters, Rose Ann Nese,
Mary Theresa Stanislaski and Angie Steiner, all of
Los Angeles; three sons, Rocco, Bruno and Philip, all of Los
Angeles; 14 grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and three
sisters, Angeline Ferraro, Betty Furore and Marian D’Onofrio,
whose locations are unknown.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St.
Dominic Catholic Church, Eagle Rock. Burial will be in Forest
Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, Calif. Friends may call from 2 to 7
p.m. on Saturday and Sunday at Cabot & Sons Funeral Home in
Pasadena, Calif.
