MISHAWAKA — David "Leon" Balentine, 64, of Seventh Street, died Tuesday in Memorial Hospital. Survivors include his wife, Ruth; a daughter, Doris Balentine of Mesa, Ariz.; three sons, David of Osceola, Terry of California and Scott of South Bend; and four brothers, Robert of Louisiana, Ed of Arkansas, and Vernon and Clarence, both of Alabama.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in Bubb Funeral Chapel North, where friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday.
