Tremaine Lee ''Dirty'' Walker Baker,
loving son and brother, 16, of South Camden Street, South Bend,
Ind., passed away on Saturday, May 1. On Oct. 26, 1982, in South
Bend, he was born to Robbin Baker and Etta Walker.
Tremaine, affectionately known as ''Dirty,'' had a great joy for
life and at an early age his grandparents made sure he attended
church. He was a student at Washington High School.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his
parents, Robbin (his wife, Christine) Baker and Etta Walker; six
sisters, Nicole Baker, Deja Walker Baker, Danielle Baker, Jasmine
Walker, Tedeisha Walker, and Dominique Walker, all of South Bend;
three step-sisters, Nicole Hampton of South Bend, Tanesha
Hampton and Antoinette Crawford, both of San Diego,
California; two brothers, Richard and Desmond Walker; one
stepbrother, Robert Oliver; maternal grandparents, Eddie
and Murrley Newman; paternal grandmother, Lutchia Baker;
paternal great- grandmother, Flowree Wright; two nephews,
Bruce Butler III and Montrell Butler; a niece, Jazmyne
Hampton; five uncles, Kenneth Newman, Henry Atkins, Henry
Baker, Jr., Cortez Baker and Albert Baker; two aunts, Virginia Klase
and Gardenia Simms; a special friend, Bruce Butler, Jr.;
along with host of friends and relatives.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on
Saturday, May 8, in the Pentecostal Church of God in Christ.
Visitation will occur from 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday in Alford's
Mortuary.
