SOUTH BEND - Reuben Bailie, 86, of Munster, Ind., formerly of South Bend, died Friday at St. Margaret Mercy Hospital, Hammond. Mr. Bailie retired as co-owner of AAA Heating and Plumbing Supply Co., Calumet City, Ill. He was born April 10, 1908, in South Bend. His wife, Mildred Bailie, survives, with a son, Paul of Calumet City; a stepson, William L. Lieber of Merrillville, Ind.; two grandchildren; and a brother, Harry Bailie of Indianapolis. He was a member of Congregation Beth Israel, Hammond, and Hobart Elks Lodge 1152.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday in LaHayne Funeral Home, 5746 Hohman Ave., Hammond. Friends may call one hour before services. Memorial contributions may be made to any charity.
