Norma Jean Bailey, 59, passed away Thursday, at Starke Memorial Hospital, Knox, Ind.
She was a resident of South Bend, Ind. and a former resident of Medaryville, Ind. She married Leander ''Red'' Bailey on Oct. 17, 1957. He survives, along with two daughters, Rita Jablon of Michigan City, Ind. and Cheryl Dietrich, of Hamlet, Ind.; three sons, James Bailey of Knox, Ind., Alan Bailey of North Judson, Ind. and Scott Bailey of South Bend; nine grandchildren; a sister, Louise Pfledderer of Francesville, Ind.; and six brothers, William and Bruce Lewark, both of Monticello, Ind., Wilbur Lewark of Niles, Mich., Joe Lewark of Medaryville, Charles Lewark of Idaville, Ind. and Robert Lewark of Francesville. She was preceded in death by two brothers.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, in Querry-Ulbricht Funeral Home, Francesville, with James Allen officiating. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today, in the funeral home. Burial will be in Independence Cemetery, Medaryville.
