Leah Bailey, 24, of W. Dunham Street, South Bend, Ind., died at 10:30 p.m. on Monday, May 29.

She was born on Jan. 24, 1976, in South Bend, and was a lifelong area resident.

Miss Bailey is survived by two sons, Lavone Valentino Bailey, age 5, and Michael Constantino Bailey, age 4; a sister, Shannon S. Bailey of South Bend; two brothers, Guiseppi Bailey and Christopher Bailey, both of South Bend; and by her parents, Karin Bailey and David Wood, both of South Bend.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, June 2, in the ST. JOSEPH FUNERAL HOME, 824 S. Mayflower Road. There will be no visitation. Burial will be in Sumption Prairie Cemetery at a later date. The Leah Bailey Trust Fund has been set up for Miss Bailey's children at any First Source Bank, to which memorial contributions may be made.
