Frank Baert

Frank Baert, 1225 E. Donald Street, died at 2 a.m. today in Osteopathic Hospital after a week’s illness. He was born in Westdorpe, Holland on May 6, 1873, and lived in South Bend 47 years, coming from Holland in 1912.

On Sept. 11, 1926 in Sacred Heart Church, he married Clementine VanHyfte, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, August of Atlanta, Mich. and Albert of Detroit.; two step-daughters, Mrs. Lester Brockus and Mrs. Henry Gushwa, both of South Bend; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
