Sister M. Gonsalvo CSC, 63, a member of the Congregation of the Sisters of Holy Cross for 33 years, died at 10:30 p.m. Friday in St. Mary’s infirmary, Cairo, Ill. She was born Francesca Baczynska in Germany, Feb. 6, 1882, and professed at St. Mary’s Aug. 15, 1918. For a number of years she was stationed on missions in the midwest and western provinces.

Burial will be in Our Lady of Peace Cemetery at St. Mary’s.
