Ault, 77, formerly of Preston Drive, South Bend, passed away at 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 6th, in her son Larry's home where she had been recently residing. Lucille was born on February 19, 1933, in South Bend, to the late Joseph and Magdalene (Banaszak) Kendziorski, and had been a lifelong area resident. On April 16, 1951, she married Richard L. Ault, who preceded her in death on April 20, 1996. Survivors include a daughter, Susan Ault, and a son, Larry (Linda) Ault both of South Bend; nine grandchildren, Kelly (Mickey) Standiford, Bryan Ault, Kevin (Mary) Ault, Justin (LeighAnne) Ault, Landon (Sonia) Ault, Darrin (Tami) Ault, Jesse Ault, Joshua Ault and Kelsey Ault; and 11 great-grandchildren, Megan, Matelyn, Kaden, Criselda, Pedro Jr., Sabe, Kaleb, Luci, Polly, Joey and Evie. A son, Jeffrey Ault, three sisters, Irene, Eleanor and Gertrude, and three brothers, Edward, Joseph and John, preceded Lucille in death. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Palmer Funeral Home - River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend. Friends may visit with the family from 4 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday in the funeral home. Lucille enjoyed baking cookies and breads for her neighbors and friends. She was always helpful toward people in need, and loved her family and grandchildren. She dedicated her life to raising her special-needs daughter. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Lucille L.
